Our bylaws outline the governing rules that OCTWS operates under. Prior to 2023, our bylaws detailed the executive position duties, elections, meetings, and were modelled after the Canadian Section. The OCTWS bylaws were amended in 2019, and the chapter operated under these bylaws until February 2023 when we became a not-for-profit incorporation.
