Student Travel grant Applications are now Closed
The student travel grant application can be found below.
The OCTWS has limited funds available to assist students with travel expenses to attend the conference. Those applying for support will need to submit their application and their abstract form (separately) by Friday, Feb 3rd at midnight.
Eligibility criteria include:
(1) is a current member of the OCTWS;
(2) is a current student or recent graduate (degree received within the last 12 months); and,
(3) is the senior author and presenter of an accepted paper or poster.
Following the conference, recipients of travel support will need to file a reimbursement claim. They are also required to provide a short narrative of their experiences at the meeting for publishing in the OCTWS Newsletter. We request that students provide 1-3 photos of themselves at the conference, but this is optional.
